Our studio is based in a small suburb of Wollongong called Balgownie. We are nestled up in the hills over looking the ocean in a very private location. The studio itself is an oasis and will be a very relaxing experience for you and your family.
Our studio is open between Monday and Friday 9am – 4pm.
All of our staff are fully vaccinated against Covid-19. Our studio also owns a certified sterilisation device.
We are also fully up to date with vaccinations including Whooping Cough and have Working with Childrens Check and First Aid qualifications.
A cool fact is that our studio is the only newborn photography studio that has a certified COVID-19 Sterilisation Device that is used to protect your family against all forms of virus and bacteria including COVID-19. This little bad boy in the video packs a punch and ensures every surface in our studio is 100% sterile.
We take on limited amount of sessions per month. Your session fee locks in and secures a date in our calendar. Due to the nature of this we do not give refunds for sessions fees, but don’t fret, the session fee is totally transferrable to another session date. We allow one date change at no charge. If you have an unwell newborn then we can always book you in for an older baby session which is just as nice!
Yes you can reschedule. We allow one reschedule when our studio is notified of change within 72 hours, if notified under 72 hours there will be a rescheduling fee applied to your booking.
During a newborn photo shoot the studio will be quite warm (25 degrees) so make sure your and your family wear something you will feel comfortable in. For family photos I recommend wearing neutral tones, black/white/grey etc… this ensure the photos will be timeless.
For mum & bub we do have an array of dresses that you are welcome to use.
I always suggest plain soft coloured clothing and jeans for shoots. No logos on tops as they can date and I say to keep it casual especially for on location shoots. I love accessories like hats and gloves for the chilly months of the year. The more kids in the session the simpler the clothes should be, white and denim is great.

We really encourage you to purchase the images you love and not leave the studio without them. Given the number of a amazing families we photograph each month, un purchased photos are removed from our system as soon as your photography session is complete.
We are super hard workers and fall in love with every little human that enters our doors. That’s way we work super hard to have your purchased images to you via an online gallery within a week.
Your ordered products will arrive at the studio or be delivered directly to your door within 3 weeks. Delivery fee of $30 is applied if you choose this option.
Absolutely! We offer gift vouchers up to the value of the price you would like to gift to your friend. Gift vouchers can be used for newborn & family photography experiences.
